Order acceptance and the formation of the contract occur when we dispatch your watch and send a shipping confirmation email. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your TimeHub timepiece. Our return policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly, allowing for returns and exchanges under clear conditions.

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your watch for a refund or exchange. The watch must be in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging, tags, and protective plastics intact. Any signs of wear or alteration will void the return policy.

Exchange Procedures

If you wish to exchange your watch, please contact our customer service. Exchanges are subject to availability. We will guide you through the process, which mirrors our return procedures for product condition requirements. New items will be dispatched once the returned item is inspected and approved.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Warranty Coverage

All watches are covered by a standard 2-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. This includes issues with the movement, casing, and hands under normal use. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, battery replacement, damage from accidental impact, water damage if not rated appropriately, or unauthorized repairs.

Service & Repair Procedures

Should you encounter an issue covered by warranty, please contact us with your order details. We will provide instructions for appraisal and service. All repairs are handled by certified watch technicians to ensure the integrity of your timepiece. Non-warranty repairs are also available for a fee.
